  • We ship within Nigeria via reputable carriers and logistics partners; international shipping may be available on request.
  • Tracking numbers are provided when available. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and inventory.

2) Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Custom builds or back-ordered items may require additional lead time; we will notify you of ETA.

3) Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide or to your designated carrier.

4) Failed Delivery & Address Issues

  • Ensure your address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or inability to reach the recipient.
  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery, additional re-shipping fees may apply.

5) Inspection on Delivery

  • Inspect packages upon delivery. Report visible damage or shortages within 48 hours and hidden damage within 7 days to olusegunolurin365@gmail.com.

6) On-Site Services & Scheduling

  • For installations, site surveys, or drone operations, we coordinate site access, permits, and weather/airspace checks. Rescheduling may be required for safety or regulatory reasons.
