Refund & Returns Policy

How refunds, returns, and exchanges work for purchases from Fadaka Technologies LTD.

Summary: Contact us within the stated windows, keep packaging where possible, and obtain an RMA before sending items back.

1) Eligibility Window

  • Hardware: 7 days from delivery for returns/exchanges if unused and in like-new condition. Defective on arrival (DOA) must be reported within 7 days.
  • Installed/Activated devices: Non-returnable once installed or activated, except for verified defects under warranty.
  • Software/Licenses/Services: Non-refundable once delivered/provisioned, unless required by law or stated otherwise in your contract/SOW.
  • Custom orders & special builds: Non-refundable.

2) How to Start a Return

  1. Email olusegunolurin365@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason.
  2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions if eligible.
  3. Pack items securely with all accessories. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is DOA or we made an error.

3) Inspection & Outcome

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s). If approved:

  • Refunds: issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–10 business days to post.
  • Exchanges: we’ll ship a replacement (lead time may vary).
  • Repair under warranty: we may repair/replace at our discretion per warranty terms.

If not approved, we’ll return the item to you with an explanation.

4) Fees & Deductions

  • Shipping, installation, configuration, and training fees are non-refundable once performed.
  • We may deduct amounts for missing parts, damage, or excessive wear.

5) Services, Scheduling & Weather

  • For on-site services (installation, surveys, drone operations), cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a call-out fee.
  • Drone operations are weather and airspace dependent; we may reschedule for safety or regulatory reasons.

6) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback while a refund is in progress, processing may pause until the dispute is resolved. We provide documentation to the payment processor as needed.
