1) Ownership
All intellectual property in our websites, software, firmware, documentation, designs, and trademarks (including the name and logos of Fadaka Technologies LTD) belongs to Fadaka or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in our Terms & Conditions.
2) Permitted Use
- We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely with authorized Fadaka devices/services.
- Do not alter, remove, or obscure copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or exploit our IP except as permitted by law.
3) Trademarks & Brand Use
- Using our trademarks (names, logos, product marks) requires prior written permission from Fadaka.
- Any approved use must follow our brand guidelines and must not suggest endorsement or partnership without explicit consent.
4) Reporting Infringement
If you believe your IP is used on our Services without authorization, or someone is infringing Fadaka IP, contact: olusegunolurin365@gmail.com with detailed information (rights owned, links/screenshots, your contact info). We will review and respond appropriately.
5) Takedown Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material, notify the affected party, and where applicable provide an opportunity to respond or cure. Repeat infringers may have access suspended or terminated.
